Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, including any necessary details such as apartment numbers or floor levels. Kaajli.com is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
