Return & Exchange

At Kaajli, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how to proceed with returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items on sale or purchased during promotional events are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings, intimate wear, and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@kaajli.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  3. Return Approval: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email whether the return has been approved. Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds for the cost of the item will be made, excluding any original shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size, color, or if you received a defective or incorrect item. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@kaajli.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Ship the Item: You will be required to send the item back to us following our return instructions. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the new item to you.
  3. Exchange Time: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Earrings and other jewelry
  • Intimate wear
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@kaajli.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at support@kaajli.com as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving it.
